By using shrd.co ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
shrd lets you save links, create collections, and share curated content publicly. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must be 13+ to create an account.
- You're responsible for your account security.
- One person, one account. Automated/bot accounts require written permission.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant shrd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
You must not post content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Spam, malware, or phishing
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Sexually explicit involving minors
We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The shrd name, logo, and service design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Third-Party Links
shrd is a link-sharing platform. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content you link to or encounter through the Service.
6. Advertising
The Service may display ads via Google AdSense. Ad content is governed by Google's policies, not ours.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shrd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page. We may terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
